"Delaware Avenue developer Bart Blatstein plans to invest $25 million to build 122 artists' lofts, townhouses and galleries in Northern Liberties, a bid to help spur his Schmidt's Brewery redevelopment project.Blatstein said the plan, to be officially announced today, is to construct 'generic red-brick buildings' for rental to artists, who would then "help design and decorate" the exteriors."
