Apparently in the horror first-person shooter videogame F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin for XBox, you can win a special "City Planner" achievement by -- blowing stuff up.
And you can only achieve "City Planner" status in the "Skid Row" game map.

i have gotten plenty of kills in the EPA in ranked multiplayer but its not counting in the achievement list. so what is it that i have to do to get it?

Play skid row over and over again. There are a few things that can be "destroyed" for this achievement. There is a fire hydrant around the corner from point 1 and 5."
