Frank Gehry has been hired to plan and design, with other architects, 60 acres of the former DreamWorks site.

Developer Rob Maguire has hired architect Frank O. Gehry to plan and design the new development at Jefferson and Centinela. It is thought that Gehry's involvement will boost both the project and the value of the development. It is also expected that leasing of a Gehry building will be easier.
