Frank Lysiak, a member of the Waterfront Village Advisory Council, submitted a two-page critique of the project to the Planning Board on Tuesday. Even though developers have revised their original blueprints, Lysiak said shoreline residents still view the design as more suitable for a suburban or highway setting than for a "precious piece of property.""
