Disney's $1.4 billion California Adventure will open in Anaheim in February 2001. A third theme park is under discussion--a 52.5 acre strawberry field has already been purchased for the site. Some Anaheim homeowners feel that Disney should wait to see how repayment on the $510 million improvement bonds proceeds before moving forward.
