As prices continue to skyrocket in the new suburbs that ring Moscow. Developers are beginning to offer planned communities, which might include kindergartens, schools, sports facilities, restaurants, and entertainment centers."The rent for a country house in a modern settlement with amenities varies from under $3,000 per month around the relatively unpopular Volokolamskoye Shosse to a whopping $50,000 per month in some luxurious settlements on Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Shosse immediately west of Moscow."
