Developers are beginning to offer planned communities, which might include kindergartens, schools, sports facilities, restaurants, and entertainment centers."The rent for a country house in a modern settlement with amenities varies from under $3,000 per month around the relatively unpopular Volokolamskoye Shosse to a whopping $50,000 per month in some luxurious settlements on Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Shosse immediately west of Moscow."
