Members of the San Diego Planning Commission toured San Diego's SeaWorld to investigate a proposal to add tall rides to the theme park. San Diego has a 30-foot limit on coastal construction.SeaWorld is planning to contruct a tall "splash-down" ride, a parking garage, a 600-room hotel,a new 60-foot entrance, a special events center with a 60-foot sign, and an education center.
