SOUTHAMPTON, NY - Eight to 10-bedroom vacation rentals become affordable off-season. With rents of $3000 a month, groups of college students can live in a spacious home with big screen tv, pool, tennis court, and a state-of-the-art-kitchen - all for $300 a month.
