The Ascon-Nesi dumpsite in Huntington Beach, CA, is near Edison High School with the 2,300 students. Thedump is so easily accessible by trespassers that"trails emanating from the holes in the fences."An Orange County Grand Jury report found that "...both city and county officials essentially refused to take any action to protect the public from Ascon-Nesi."
