It seems like a tiny homes would be a good fit for such a small lot as this example in East Vancouver. But this lot is too tiny for even a tiny home.

Joanne Lee-Young reports on a lot for sale in Vancouver, British Columbia: "a tiny piece of land on a street of mostly older homes near Commercial Drive in East Vancouver."
The property comes with a catch: "It measures a skinny 6 x 90 feet and is on sale for only $108,000."
There's a reason for the cheap price: it's zoned RT-5, a single-family residential designation, but also with a prohibition: tiny homes aren't legal.
The lot's realtor, Renee Pelland, shares insight into the curious case of this tiny lot. Lee-Young also speaks with local tiny home experts for more insight.
