New Chicago Residential Tower Sets a New Standard in a City Famous for Height

The newly opened Nema Chicago tower, at 76 stories, is the city of Chicago's tallest residential building.

"Chicago’s tallest residential building recently welcomed its first renters — and their views are some of the best in the city," reports Randi Stevenson.

The building, Nema Chicago, was developed by New York-based Crescent Heights and designed by Rafael Viñoly. The building has space for 800 luxury rental units and 70,000 square feet of "community amenities," reports Stevenson.
