1,000 Parcels Available for Redevelopment in Highland Park, Michigan
Highland Park, Michigan, a former hub of the auto industry, is looking for a massive redevelopment plan to revitalize the city.
"Highland Park is putting out call for qualified developers for 1,000 properties in the city," reports Perry A. Farrell.
"More than half of the city’s 7,000 parcels are held by a public entity – city, county or state," adds Farrell. "City leaders said they are looking to increase home ownership, boost the local economy and improve the city’s marketability," by developing a portion of those.
