The report calls for combining the historic-architecture codes into the general Chapter 14 codes on land use, clarifying how properties are designated as historic, explaining the process for reviewing development proposals that affect historic resources, fine-tuning review standards and evaluating the role of the Historic Design Review Board in relation to other city boards and commissions."
