The Richardson Center Corporation (RCC) is seeking a development partner(s) for the remaining 10 undeveloped buildings (approximately 285,000 square feet total) and 25 acres of grounds at the Richardson Olmsted Campus, one of Buffalo’s most iconic buildings and a National Historic Landmark, located in the heart of Buffalo's Cultural Corridor.  Qualified urban development entities or Joint Ventures with expertise in the redevelopment and financing of large complexes of buildings and land, including historic rehabilitation, are encouraged to submit a Statement of Interest to the RCC.  Interest may be expressed for the entire complex, or subsections as defined in the RFI.
