The 2003 recipients, who will be honored at the 2003 APA National Planning Conference in Denver March 29-April 2, 2003, include communities and individuals whose level of excellence has raised the standard for professional planners, public policymakers, and elected officials engaged in dialogue about the future of our cities, states, and regions.
