Hundreds of Arizona neighborhood groups will host parties this Saturday for GAIN (Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods).
"We're really hoping year by year to have an increased participation from the citizen," said Lisa Butcher, neighborhood safety adviser for the Scottsdale police. "We hope that it gets bigger and better every year."
