"Cities in Full" is the name of a new book by Minneapolis-based planner and architect Steve Belmont. In it, he explores how to recognize and realize the potential of urban America.Randy Shortridge is an architect and urban planner with RTKL of Los Angeles. His study of critical ingredients in urban placemaking was featured in a recent issue of ArchNews.Smart City discusses how to make the most of cities and the special places within on the next Smart City radio show, which broadcasts Sunday at 9 a.m. central on the WKNO Stations, 91.1 FM and again Tuesday at 9 a.m. on 88.9 FM.
