"In the Chicago metropolitan area, Opus North Corporation is engaged in two separate and distinct speculative industrial development strategies: bulk distribution facilities designed and built on logically located greenfield sites; and generic industrial facilities on redeveloped infill sites... Market conditions for industrial infill and greenfield developments are different and do not necessarily cycle together. By developing new speculative industrial product in these two different markets, Opus is able to expand its industrial development business and diversify risk at the same time."
