NOTICE
PROPOSALS will be received by the Adams County Industrial Development Authority (the “IDA”), until 10:00 A.M., June 27, 2014, for the following:
Stratton Street Mixed-Use Development
This request for proposal (RFP) generally calls for the redevelopment of approximately 2.4 acres near the intersection of North Stratton Street and Froth Alley in downtown Gettysburg, Pennsylvania into a vibrant mixed-use development, including a housing component, complimentary to the surrounding area. While the IDA presently owns the development site, the selected developer will ultimately take ownership of the development site and operate the completed development.
The RFP may be obtained at the IDA office at 1300 ProLine Place, Gettysburg PA 17325, or viewed at www.acedc.org/edc_ida_intro.htm.
A mandatory Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for May 9, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. in the IDA office to discuss the project.
The IDA reserves the right to cancel the RFP at any time prior to entering into a formal agreement.
