"It's getting to be really difficult to drive at night because of vehicles appearing to ride with high beams on, with fog lamps on or with the new "blue-white" beams that blind both oncoming traffic and vehicles driving in front of these offenders...One idea I've considered was to take those CDs that would-be Internet providers have been mailing to us for years, turn the CD to the shiny side and glue the disk to the rear of my car to reflect these blinding lights back to the originating vehicles. My wife tells me that she thinks that this would be nasty and/or illegal. Is it illegal?"
