Phoenix's Downtown Homeless Campus

"The Gateway campus concept deserves this attention, effort and support. It holds more than a promise of a better future for the homeless, their neighbors and downtown Phoenix. Consider:The campus concept offers a more rational and attractive way to shelter and serve homeless adults. The site would concentrate, between Ninth and 11th avenues and Madison and Harrison streets, at least eight facilities serving the poor, including a much needed newly constructed Central Arizona Shelter Services and St. Vincent de Paul dining center."
