The Riverbank Local Redevelopment Authority has issued a Request for Qualifications for a Master Developer of the Riverbank Industrial Complex (formerly Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant) in Riverbank, California. The property currently has more than 650,000 square feet of usable buildings and nearly 28 acres of vacant property for development. The property to be sold by the Army would add 35 acres of undeveloped land. All land must be used for non-residential purposes.

Requests for Proposals must be submitted by December 18, 2012 at 4 p.m. to Riverbank Local Redevelopment Authority, 5300 Claus Road, Suite 1, Modesto, CA 95367, attn. Pam Carder.
