Warren says that there is something "new and challenging" every day in his job:
"I'd have to say my biggest challenge is learning how to work effectively and efficiently with state and federal regulatory agencies that govern so many aspects of our land planning and use. The rules are constantly changing, both in actual language and interpretation. It's critical to stay on top of what's happening on a daily basis."
