In Plymouth and across the country, healthy and wealthy baby boomers whose children have grown and gone are fueling a new housing boom.The hottest trend in real estate marketing is planned communities such as Plymouth?s Pinehills, featuring upscale homes clustered on small lots; recreation, such as golf, tennis and swimming; walking and biking trails; and community centers.Other projects aimed at empty nesters have been proposed for Plymouth, Kingston and Hingham."
