A group of traffic and infrastructure consultants along with NGOS and academics have banded together to spread better bicycle infrastructure around the world.

The Dutch Cycling Embassy'sgoal, as stated on their website, is to "...facilitate cycling worldwide as the most modern, efficient and sustainable means of transportation by sharing our expertise and technology as the world's number one cycling country."
