Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Regional Plan for Livable Communities
Knoxville Regional Transportation Planning Organization
The Knoxville Regional Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) and the Knoxville-Knox County Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) are soliciting qualifications from firms, joint ventures and/or partnerships acting individually or as teams to assist the TPO and MPC in all phases of the process to develop a Regional Plan for Livable Communities.The consultant will work closely with MPC/TPO in leading the effort to define a vision, conduct scenario planning and lead community engagement for this process.
