Seattle is no longer self-satisfied. Once, class and money did not divide. Now it does. Boeing is moving out and Microsoft is there. Working couples looking for a home are overbid by the new-rich who want a crash pad so they don't have to drive home after the symphony. The livability idex has plummeted. Lopsided wealth has Seattle losing its grip.
