All proposals must be received on or before 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), December 29, 2008, at the address listed above, sent to the attention of Mayumi Lyon. Proposals received later than the above date and time will be rejected and returned to the proposer unopened. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on November 18, 2008, 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time), Board Room, 3rd floor located at the address above.
