Request for Proposals: Downtown Plan and Design Guidelines

City of Fenton Downtown Development Authority


The City of Fenton Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the preparation of a Downtown Plan and Design Guidelines for the entire downtown area.

The downtown plan must include a viable work program that includes proposed design guidelines,land use recommendations, and implementation strategies. The final report shall be in sufficient detail to implement key recommendations. Consultants are encouraged to include items of work which they deem necessary or beneficial to the planning and design process.

All prospective firms are encouraged to attend a pre-submission meeting on Thursday,October 14, 2004 at 9:00 AM at the Fenton City Offices, 301 South Leroy Street, Fenton,Michigan. Proposals must be submitted to the City Offices no later than 3:00 PM on Monday, November 8, 2004. No late submissions will be accepted.
