Request for Proposal No. 02-257: Local Technical Assistance Services

SCAG is seeking a consultant to complete six main tasks. First, the consultant will assist in the preparation of a standard baseline local review form to be developed by the FTTF and SCAG staff. Second, the consultant will distribute the baseline socioeconomic data and the local review form (electronic and hard copy) to each city in the SCAG region. Third, the consultant will contact the planning staff of each city to ensure that they review the baseline data, fill out the local review form and provide supporting documentation. Fourth, the consultant will prepare Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with the input data from each city and deliver the local review forms (electronic and hard copy), spreadsheets and supporting documentation to SCAG. Fifth, the consultant will assist SCAG in the ongoing monitoring of development trends at the local level. Finally, the consultant will assist SCAG in resolving discrepancies between the baseline projections and local input.
