The U.S. Deputy Interior Secretary and his Mexican counterpart will speak to asymposium on Friday that will focus on the environmental affects of ColoradoRiver water flow. With most of its water diverted before it reaches Mexico,the Colorado River can no longer support wetlands and wildlife at its delta.U.S. envirionmental groups have filed suit over the issue, and the U.S. andMexico have agreed to enhance cooperation in the delta region.
