By an 824-606 vote, residents said yes to an annexation plan that could change the face of Lone Tree over the next 40 years. The annexation paves the way for Coventry Development Corp. of New York to build 10,070 homes, 23 million square feet of office space, shops, restaurants, open space, a town hall, recreation centers and schools.
