"Environmental groups argue for dramatically limiting the supply of new houses, yet claim their actions won't significantly increase the prices of the homes that are available.Slow-growthers seem to believe that people will stop moving to this county if builders and officials stop building the homes and infrastructure needed to support them. If the past is any guide, even if builders stop building the infrastructure, more people will come anyway, causing traffic jams and soaring prices for homes."
