A San Antonio-based charter bus company is launching daily intercity bus service between Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston and San Antonio, with plans to expand to other routes.

As Adam Zuvanich reports for Houston Public Media, GOGO Charters says the service is geared toward business professionals and groups and includes amenities such as WiFi and restrooms, but that the routes will be affordable. “Also knowing how big Texas is for these large events – conferences, sporting events, the World Cup's coming next summer – we're putting these steps in motion to be in a very good spot ahead of the World Cup and all these other events,” a spokesperson for the company said.

GOGO will join Greyhound, FlixBus, RedCoach, and Vonlane in offering intercity bus service out of Houston.
