Apartment dwellers are seeking out quality developments that increasingly reflect their own civic, urban and environmentally responsible identity.
With apartments making up half of all developments in Sydney over the last 5 years and the associated increasing residential density, quality design and natural experiences are becoming more sought after. In addition to high quality fittings and fixtures, there is an emphasis on quality of internal apartment design with sunshine, natural breezes, storage space, home office space and a variety of thoughtful layouts. At a building level, technology, security, recycled rainwater, thermal cooling and green buildings are now on the agenda. As for location, our urban dwellers are looking for village lifestyles and traffic restricted streets close to their work as well as open space or water.
