Is the terminal south of downtown the next great growth opportunity for Seattle or is it a national treasure that should be preserved because of the industry and jobs that it provides? Frank Stagen wants an 88-acre shipping terminal to become parks, offices, condos, and a new Sonics arena while port comissioner Alec Fisken wants to preserve the port from gentrification.
