The project will be pedestrian-friendly, with a landscape plan that features tree-lined walkways and bike paths. With the relocation of the train station to the property, corporate employees will have a commute from Broward, Palm Beach or Miami-Dade counties without the hassle of driving -- and a short walk to the office buildings at the site."
