"Preventing a Brain Drain: Talent Retention in Greater Boston" measures the loss of Boston-based graduates, analyzes the reasons for their departure, makes recomends initiatives to keep more graduates in the area. The study, commissioned by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Boston Foundation, was conducted by The Boston Consulting Group.
