But the new Wabash Parking garage breaks the bunkerlike box. Literally. Though six stories, the building, clad in horizontal ribbons of etched glass, seems to float above the cityscape at Lamar Boulevard and 33rd Street, on the eastern edge of the Seton Medical Center campus."
