Some of the buildings in a new condo building in Toronto will have two master bedrooms.
According to an article by Alyshah Hasham [pawyall], a New York condo developer, Aoyuan Property Holdings, is responding to rising demand for multi-generational housing by building condos in Toronto.
The M2M complex is ready to start construction in Toronto later this summer. Inside the building, once it's complete, "what would have been a one-bedroom-plus-den is now a two-bedroom — and a two-bedroom now a three-bedroom with an unusual floor plan that includes two master bedrooms and three bathrooms."
Renderings for the project shown on the development's website, in addition to the photo supplementing Hasham's story, show five residential towers, ranging from 33 to 43 stories.
