- "East River, a massive new project from the developers of CityCentre, will transform 150 acres of Houston's Fifth Ward into a development consisting of apartments, office space, restaurants, retail shops and medical and entertainment buildings."
- POST Houston is an "eye-popping complex [that] will feature restaurants, retail and office space, a hotel, concert hall and a wedding venue."
- "A new residential development in CityPlace will bring thousands of new housing options in the form of single-family homes and condos to the Spring area. The first phase will bring 600 homes to the area by 2023 and is expected to break ground next year."
- League City will be home to a new Amazon Logistics facility that is expected to hire 200 to 250 employees.
- Hewlett Packard Enterprise's new global headquarters "will span two five-story buildings and is expected to finish completion by Spring 2022."
- "A portion of Katy's long-awaited Boardwalk District is expected to open later this summer. Once completed, the development will boast a hotel and conference center, as well a mix of retail, dining and entertainment venues," as well as housing and a nature preserve.
