Seattle has more construction cranes dotting the skyline than any city in the United States.

"Seattle is the crane capital of America for the third year in a row, as construction across the city has rebounded strongly from a relative lull in early 2018," reports Mike Rosenberg.
Rosenberg is sharing data from Rider Levett Bucknall, a global construction company.
The article digs into the details of Seattle's construction activity. A plurality of the city's cranes are located in downtown and the adjacent South Lake Union neighborhood. The region is also seeing lots of activity. The neighboring city of Bellevue has more cranes than Boston, Phoenix or Honolulu, according to Rosenberg.
