The City of SeaTac is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to complete Phase 1 of a two-phase project to update the City Center Sub-Area Plan. Phase 1 is the creation of a Preliminary Urban Design Framework including an updated community/stakeholder-supported vision and strategies to guide the long term development of the business and hospitality district immediately adjacent to Sea-Tac International Airport.
There will be a pre-submittal meeting to ask questions and clarify the project’s scope on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at SeaTac City Hall.
Electronic submission of proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM on Monday, April 22, 2019. RFP documents and other information may be obtained on the City’s website at www.seatacwa.gov/citycenterplan, or by contacting Kate Kaehny, Senior Planner, at: [email protected].
