The Rhode Island Department of Administration’s Division of Planning seeks consultant assistance to develop Rhode Island’s Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). The LRTP will be an action-oriented plan, outlining recommendations for the State’s transportation investments over the next 20 years. As part of the long range transportation planning process, the State will develop a stand-alone, Bicycle Mobility Plan, a long-term, strategic investment plan for bicycle infrastructure, the results of which will inform the final long range transportation plan document.
