ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Carol D. Barrett, FAICP, has been active in practical planning ethics since being directed to do something illegal on the job, almost thirty years ago. Ms. Barrett, is a highly acclaimed expert in planning ethics. Her book Everyday Ethics for Practicing Planners is widely regarded as the definitive work on planning ethics. Carol has previously taught other courses for Planetizen, including the popular courses, Ethics: Balancing a Business Friendly Planning Environment, and Planning Ethics.
