• In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, an elite group of real estate professionals assembled by ULI advised Gulf Coast cities on strategies for rebuilding.

• A team of young ULI members in California provided free professional assistance to Guide Dogs of the Desert, a nonprofit that wanted to expand its facility for training service dogs for the blind.

• ULI’s research centers for housing and infrastructure surveyed Americans’ views on housing, transportation, and community in order to help communities shape future development.
