"The Attainable Housing Alliance, along with a group of homebuilders and homeowners, allege in the suit that fees were collected under an unconstitutional county ordinance. The group, which is seeking class-action status, is asking the circuit court in McHenry County to rule the impact fee ordinance unconstitutional and have homeowners and homebuilders refunded for all the school impact fees."
