"Cities thrive on openness and human interaction, and a city of bunkers would be a contradiction. Architects will have to learn how to make buildings safer and more secure unobtrusively, the way they have learned to deal with handicapped access and energy conservation.The debate should not be about whether to build tall buildings, but how tall they should be."
