"The center, which houses a dozen Internet-wired classrooms and a 200-seat auditorium, is the first addition to the sprawling campus since the university changed its name in 1999 from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. So it is not surprising that the school would use the building to help establish a new image and pedigree."
