Gary Hustwit is the director of the documentary Helvetica, which explored the proliferation of the typeface Helvetica as part of a larger conversation about the way type affects our lives. His latest, Urbanized, looks at design at the urban level, and includes interviews with Amanda Burden, Ellen Dunham-Jones, Jan Gehl, Rem Koolhaas, and other big names in planning and architecture.

Urbanized will premiere at film festivals later this year, followed by cinema screenings worldwide, television broadcasts, and release on DVD and digital formats.
